The legal battle between the estate of country music legend Dolly Parton and her nephew continues to escalate.Attorneys for the singer, who died on Aug. 25, said that Bryan Seaver has put up signs, caution tape and barbed wire at his residence in Fairview, Tennessee, to avoid being served a temporary restraining order, WKRN reported.Read more trending news The restraining order request was filed by She’s Alive, a corporation responsible for handling Parton’s businesses. It is run by her longtime manager, Danny Nozell, according to The New York Times. Seaver had been Parton’s head of security and announced the singer’s death in a video message posted on social media.Seaver, the son of Parton’s sister, Cassie Parton, was the singer’s head of security for more than 20 years before he was terminated in September, according to People.
