(AP Photo/Adam Hunger) The Minnesota Vikings have signed veteran wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. to the practice squad, the team announced Wednesday.Beckham Jr., who has bounced around the NFL over the past few seasons, was released by the New York Giants last week after he played very little over the first three weeks of the 2026 season. The signing comes as the Vikings prepare for the New Orleans Saints on Sunday, and the possibility of Beckham Jr. suiting up could offer more options at wide receiver as Justin Jefferson continues to battle a hamstring injury. The once highly ranked wide receiver on the back end of his career at age 33 went unsigned last season and served a six-game suspension for violating the NFL’s substance abuse policy. In 2014, Beckham Jr. went viral during his rookie season with the Giants after he came down with an amazing one-handed catch in the endzone against the Dallas Cowboys.Beckham Jr. has played on five different teams since 2021.
